Any advice on how these tapes could be used most efficiently and effectively?

I have been using these files for a couple months now along with my med school curriculum and I find them to be a very good quick review of high yield topics. They are not helpful for learning or understanding material like the Goljan lectures, but instead they are a great tool for quick review.

He will pose a short question or constellation of findings based on high-yield topics or buzzwords, pause for a few seconds, and then give the answer. He often does not give explanations, so like I said earlier these are not meant to be for learning or understanding of material, just review.

I would definitely recommend these audio files. Hope that helps!
