Hey guys, I have 2013 notes of behavioral science for Kaplan. It is basically the same or have there been changes? Do you think I need to buy a new one?

Yes. Two new chapters have been added to the latest Edition.

Chp 16- Health care delivery systems &
Chp 17- Basic science of patient safety

These are been tested on the exam as well.
