Learn FA inside and out
Read wikipedia/google each of the concepts - don't just memorize the formulas. Understand why they are how they are
Do UWorld review (the separate course).
The step questions make it so you need to choose which calculation to use, not just fill in numbers into the formula.

Yep - but again it's not the be all and end all. You need to understand the biostats first
