Even though you might be tempted to answer the widely known tensilon test, however this examination it is not highly specific as the serological test for antibodies against the Ach receptor ;);););)

Thus the best initial test is SEROLOGY FOR ANTIBODIES AGAINST ACH.

Tensilon test can also be positive in other diseases such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and other myopathies.

Also, be aware that Myasthenia Gravis is NOT associated with muscle atrophy or fasciculations
