Hey guys, its the last cramming stretch....the last month, but i'm still noticing that I'm still having trouble with heart sounds, ok I agree that there are other clues in the question to get it done, but in those questions i'm still 50/50....haven't really gotten them down yet, any advice of where to listen to clear sounds that can differentiate between the pathologies of heart sounds?
Oh and another question, I kinda dropped off of the map with the WebPath, I'm wondering whether I should go back and look at those questions and slides, cuz i've heard some ppl say that they have almost identical stuff that shows up on the Step 1.....any recommendations?
