which ones would you say are better for step 1, the old ones with lionel or the new ones with david seastone, what are the main differences between the two?

I did lionel. It was ok, but I ended up doing Lippincott's Biochem 4th edition. Can't miss with that. It fills in the holes. I used Kaplans vids to try and tie up any lose holes that I had.

read Lippincotts first and take notes and then watch any kaplan video you got on biochem and I think you'll be ahead of the game.

Lionel Raymon

Do Lionel Raymon vidoes, don't do David Seastone. Lionel lectures are much better, he integrates all disciplines when he talks.

cool yah i dont have time to read all of lipincott's now but i read parts of it durin school so imma just go with lionel
I like Dr. David Seastone. He goes right to the point!
Even in the 2010 videos, they are both mixed (Raymon & Seastone), I suggest all of them!

Do you have Lionel's pharmocology videos? I cannot find them elsewhere. You can contact me at [email protected]
