why doesn't iron deficiency cause symptoms of porphyria like lead poisoning, i.e to cause acquired porphria?

photosensitivity occurs in porphria cutanea tarda duo to elevation of porphyrin, so why doesn't this occur with lead poisoning and iron deficiency??
