A. Alprazolam
B. Diazepam
C. Diphenhydramine
D. Fluoxetine

Modern drugs such as Fluxetine and other serotonergic antidepressants have shown some efficacy in reducing behavioural impulsivity and self-injury in borderline patients.Benzodiazepines such as Alprazolam and Diazepam should be avoided because they may cause disinhibition or be abused.Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine are sometimes used for sedation but do not effect self-injury.Stimulants are contraindicated unless the patient has another condition for which stimulants would be appropriate................:)
