I know the Ag of unconjugated vaccine is unable to be presented to T cells--so primary response would be IgM. But how about booster, our body response will be mainly IgM or IgG? Tx!

It really depends. Some boosters are conjugated, giving IgM and IgG, while others are purely carbohydrates, giving only an IgM.

For instance, the Pneumococal, 23 valent used for kids is conjugated, giving both IgM and IgG. Pneumococal for adults is unconjugated, and only gives IgM antibodies.

So there is no hard and fast rule.
