I will take step 1 several days later. I took practice session (3 blocks) and I took a break after each block, and I feel time is tight. I feel I need to eat lunch after 3 blocks. Any friend has experience on handling break time and also what to eat for lunch so that I can be still energetic in the afternoon, it needs to be fast, of course. Many thanks.
