Hi,
I've been studying for step 1 since august now, haven't accomplished much cuz i was working at a bank to save up money to support myself. So far, I've finished physio and biochem (no genetics). I plan on giving step on Sunday July 31st, 12 pm- 8pm (One test center in my area offers it on a Sunday). Anyways, I'll be quitting my work first week of Jan. So i was wondering, is all the studying accomplish-able in 6 months, or should i postpone the exam (In which case i wouldn't be able to make the September match; I'll be giving my cs in march/April)? Kindly pitch in your advice

yeah,i think six months of full time learning are more than enough.
and biochem and physio are really toughest of em all i guess.
start doing questions, maybe kaplan qbank or qbook in the beginning, that will help a lot in speeding up learning.maybe u could try to an NBME to see where u stand.
an issue might be that cs which i suppose is kind of time consuming.but with extra effort and haven read once before april i guess it's ok.
good luck.
