I don't think it's a good idea. The video are tethered to the notes, if you don't read the notes then you won't gain much from the videos.
You are doing it wrong, you should read the notes first and then watch the videos to consolidate the notes.
You can do the reverse, you skip watching the videos, but I don't think it's a good idea to skip reading the notes, you will be in trouble.
As far as MTBs these are great books, but I don't know about you, for me, I feel get lost when I read the same topic in different books (I depend on visual memory, I want to remember how the page looks when I want to remind myself of a topic) so reading both MTBs and the notes will be confusing, do one of them only, and I recommend the notes (as they have more info which means you will get higher score).
