Prometric just cancelled my exam (step 2ck, 4 days before the date) because of "operational issues". my eligibility period is about to end and I prefer not to take the exam in the near future due to pervious commitment.
There is any chance that I'll get a refund? (I want to take the exam in the next year so extension of the eligibility period will not help me)
