I'm a graduate from KHARKOV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, UKRAINE.
I've completed the IWA online application correctly. And transferred some credit through OASIS to ECFMG a/c.
But after even to several attempts, thinking i've missed some steps, I cant download the Form 186 at the end.
thought it's because i'm using a Mac.. tried microsoft, in vain.
HELP PLZ

Log in to your IWA account again and you should see your form 186 right there.
However, I don't think you will be able to download it you can only print it out.

heard those millions of times, had even written a mail to ecfmg.
does completing the iwa online application means paying the whole sum for an particular exam?
after my several attempts.. I found the form 187 or form 344 or form 345

wt to do? I'm stuck, without the certification of identity form 186.. There's no exams

It means that there's something wrong went with you online application.
Mailing the ECFMG does not work. You have to call them. I'd say call them right now.
You must resolve this issue now.

As I told you. Your online part was not complete that's why you were not presented with Form 186.
Did you pay the money?

when it's mentioned in my terminology it doesnt include complete the payment also. it has to be more specific.
