These two drug names may look similar and we might be confused if the tricky USMLE question maker put them both in the options.

Here's a quick encounter:

Capsaicin is in fact the active ingredient of chili pepper! The most common medical use is in peripheral neuropathies and most commonly postherpetic neuralgia.

Caspofungin is a novel antifungal drug that shows good activity against aspergillus. It act by disrupting the cell wall of the fungus.
