alrite guys here's the answer: This is a NORMAL cell found in blood; it's a basophil
We're so used to thinking of basophils as a cell with bilobed nucleus, and large blue granules, but in reality, the cell is so packed tight with these granules that we don't get to see the nucleus. I thought this pic was interesting cause if I had seen it on the exam I honestly wouldn't have had a clue what it was.
