I sent my form 186 1 month back. Today I received an email from ECFMG asking me to resend form 186. They wrote that
"The stamp or seal of the official who certified your Certification of Identification Form (Form 186) is required. The stamp or seal must cover a portion of your photograph and the Certification of Identification Form (Form 186)"
I know that the seal of medical school must cover a portion of photograph.
Does this mean that the seal of certifying official must also cover a portion of photograph?? Please clarify!!!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.. and this is for the second time. The first one got rejected coz the official title of the certifying officer didn't match!! Wondering wat would happen for the third time...
