well i graduated in 2007 since then i am preparing for my state pg exams...as i haven't got any thing in these 3yrs now i am thinking of getting into usmle what are the chances of getting residency and what kind of score is needed for internal medicine....do i still have to get any experience in usa...kindly guide me in proper way...looking for a nice advice ...what r the chance of getting residency...:sorry:

You need to get high scores (above 95 I would say) in both Step 1 and Step 2 CK and you need to pass the Step 2 CS from the first attempt.

You also need to do some sort of USCE in the form of observership or externship.
