This is a CT Image of Chest at the level of T6. The orientation of the image is so that the anterior is on top, posterior is bottom, left (of the patient) is on the right side of the image and the right (of the patient) is on the left side of the image.

This orientation is confusing me so can someone please explain the general orientation of the CT Images !!!
Also, feel free to label the image with the parts corresponding to the lines.
