A 65 year old African American woman is brought in the ER with acute chest pain. She also complains of perspiration, nausea & lightheadedness. Her B.P is 90/60 mm Hg & her hear rate is 42 beats/min. An ECG shows ST segment elevation in the inferior leads.
After initial treatment her BP is 120/70 mm Hg & her heart rate is 76 per minute. She now complains of severe right sided eye pain, What is the most likely eye problem in this patient?

  • C. Retinal Detachment
  • D. Vitreous hemorrhage

  • F. Glaucoma
  • G. Retinal vein thrombosis
