Greeting,

Do you know the minimum requirement for the length of clerkship in order to get a State Board. Is there a unified requirement in US or does it vary in different State? I know at least CA and TX have 72-week clerkship requirement in total. But mine is only 24 weeks!

Now I have passed step1 but very worried about my future. Thank you

Only California, Arkansas, and New York have special requirements when it comes to the length of core clinical clerkships.
Most other State Medical Boards will depend on the FSMB for licensing.

Therefore, you don't need to worry about that.

For more information read this official FSMB document here

scroll down to "clinical clerkships"
