Following is the question where i have combined three connected questions together and made this one up. Hope its correctly framed.
Question -
A 35-year-old patient is seen in your office for hypertension. On exam, he appears obese with weight particularly located on his trunk and face, with sparing of his limbs. He has lipodystrophy of his neck and purple striae around his legs. He acknowledges muscle weakness and says he has an inability to maintain erection during intercourse.
