If a disease has both complete penetrance & anticipation, e.g. Huntington's..Does this mean the individual will get it no matter how many trinucleotide repeats he has, as long as he has the gene?

if the parents have the disease then definitely it will have complete penetrance and anticipation
if the tandem repeats are more than normal only then the individual has it

They will definitely get it - the number of repeats will determine the likely age of onset (anticipation): more repeats = earlier onset
