my medical credentials havent been received by my medical school...its been 4 months...and the ecfmg has sent them a 2nd time too...still not received...

is it that the results are not released untill the completion of the medical credentials verification process??? no matter what

anybody in similar situation??

what do i do if everytime i ask my medical college n they say they havent received yet???? its sooo frustrating

Get to the bottom of this.

Maybe ECFMG has the wrong email/mail address to send the confirmation??? I would ask ECFMG what they are doing in terms of mailing these things to your medical school, check your medical schools current address for there head office?

I actually never had anything like this happen 2 me thankfully. But its best to call ecfmg to find out what the specifics they are using to mail these results

USMLE results wont be released till confirmation is finished, Once complete, they will release results either a week after or if you give them a phone call on the matter.

mailing address is correct

2 months back i had called up ecfmg n confirmed my medical school's address where they were mailing the documents to...and they had the correct address..they send by the normal mail....which reaches my college normally in 15-20 days n at the max it takes 40 days if delayed....

i literally call up my college every alternate day to ask if its come n they are really irritated with me now....n i dunno what to do....

the first letter never reached n after a 3 month gap from the date of sending, the ecfmg sent it a 2nd time...and its been more than 30 days since then too....

guess i'll call up ecfmg again today and confirm the address once again n will ask them if they have a solution to this....
the worst is if they ask me to wait for the entire 3 month period that'll be
another 2 months before they can resend it a 3rd time

bottom line....my results gonna be delayed either way

I would suggest and offer to pay for fedex.. Much faster than regular mail.

when i had called them last month asking about a faster service for which i would pay, they told me to make an account in fedex or dhl etc n then give them my account number n an authorization letter saying that they can use my account for sending the credentials to my college...but before i could do that the next day after this conversation i saw on my oasis account that my credentials had already been sent a 2nd time by them....the very next day...?
so i couldnt do anything....so waited........

You can still give them your FedEx account number and authorization even if they did send it the second time.
Give them a call again and try sending the docs using FedEx.
They may tell you (you have to wait three months) before doing that but you can tell them (that the mailing system in your country is not working and that you are pretty sure the docs will not arrive in the second time also).

Also, you need to contact your medical school and see who's responsible for receiving mails. Maybe it's there but they are not paying attention to it.

n i'll also call up my med school......

will post what happens.....in a couple of days

gave my exam 2 weeks ago.....
but i dont think ill get my score till all this verification is done....


will take another month i guess.....

my university got those documents

hi,

my university got those documents months ago.....when i had enquired in november i was told they never received any....and today they said they got them in october itself....

anyways its come, so now the verification process will start
