I have been graduated from Egypt but I spent the first three years in Baghdad University .

in the final transcript they mentioned that I was in Baghdad University and they mentioned the equivalents..
I already established an ID from ECFMG website but didn't finish the online application , I don't wanna make mistakes from the beginning
So what should I do ? from where should I start?
from where should I get the transferred credits they mentioned in ECFMG?
can you explain to me the whole process step by step please ? I would be very thankful
if someone have some experience regarding this issue , please let me know about it cuz I really need your help .

Thanks

You should have no problem

Read this http://www.usmle-forums.com/ecfmg-forum/362-ecfmg-registration-steps.html as it will help you with the details.

During your online application. Make sure to say that you have credits transferred.

As long as your transcript does mention the transferred credit then you should have no problem.

The ECFMG will verify with your Egypt "graduation" college and they may require from them a separate document confirming the transferred credit.

Occasionally, the ECFMG may contact your initial Baghdad college but that's usually rare.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

hi Rasheed
I completed my online application and am about to send my papers to the university to stamp the 186 form , and i have a question regarding 344 and 187 forms, should I check the fields of sending transfered credits or not ? as I will only send the egyptian transcript which mentioned that I am transfered student and mentioned the credit hours of transfered courses

thank you very much

Yes. Say yes to that question and write a note beside the yes, saying that transferred credit reported in the transcript.

Rasheed,

I have a simliar question.

I have transferred my basic sciences courses from school A to school B. Now will ECFMG be checking transfer credits with school A? Or will they be ''okay'' if it was accepted by school B (both IMED listed). School B will be sending in transcripts of mine from School A (used to transfer credits to School B), am I likely to run into any problems?

Desperately need help! :toosad::toosad::toosad:

Thanks
