No deadlines, but my opinion is early November
There's no deadlines.
We have repeatedly stressed that you can apply in ERAS at any time from September until February.
The earlier you apply the better your chances.
The fuller your profile (Step 1, CK, CS) the better your chances.
In my personal experience, I noticed that those IMGs who have not passed all exams by early November, they have very very low chances in getting interviews unless there are unusual circumstances, such as they have strong connections, or they are doing observership in Harvard!
