I have the same question and I want to know if the month of graduation is considered too? I mean would it make any difference if for example u graduate in FEB 2009 or DEC 2009? because I have graduated in DEC 2009...I have a question here. I have been reading a lot about being fresh graduate. What is a fresh graduate. 1 year since graduation, 3 years, 5 years????? What fresh exactly means?????? I graduate in 2009, is that fresh??????
