Does diabetic neuropathy lead to OVERFLOW or URGE incontinence?

Some sources say it causes URGE (uWorld)

Some sources say it causes STASIS (due to overflow incontinence) - USMLE Rx

Thanks in advance for your help

Well it's very simple .. Diabetes can cause both due to the autonomic neuropathy . If PANS does not work --> Detrusor wont contract --> Overflow Incontinence . If SANS Does not work --> Internal sphincter is loose + PANS relative overactivity --> Urge incontinence
