Diagnose this microbiology slide

This one was abit tricky for me. One of my school's microbiologist asked this question, and it took a while for someone to answer. So guys, try diagnosing this!:p

It seems like a methenamine silver stained slide.
There are yeast forms of some fungus...and encapsulated....

So Cryptococcus neoformans??

Could those RBC be PC cysts by any chance?(On GMS staining)?
Good guesses guys. :) May be right, may be wrong, but I shall let others continue trying first before revealing the answer tomorrow.
