Differential
Psoriasis vulgaris(plaque type psoriasis)- feature thats against the diagnosis is location...typically these occur on extensor surfaces..

Tinea corporis(point for this is the ??central clearing/point against this-location not typical)

If i have to choose one- will go with plaque type psoriasis..

i think it might be .. herpes zoster ... i was surprised to c one like these and appear to be so .. as it sticks to one dermatome ... even in the arm ...

that's just another thought ..
