Differential
Psoriasis vulgaris(plaque type psoriasis)- feature thats against the diagnosis is location...typically these occur on extensor surfaces..

Tinea corporis(point for this is the ??central clearing/point against this-location not typical)

If i have to choose one- will go with plaque type psoriasis..

or is it inverse psoriasis??but not a typical location for that too..its usually seen in axillae/groin/sub-mammary region...

i think it might be .. herpes zoster ... i was surprised to c one like these and appear to be so .. as it sticks to one dermatome ... even in the arm ...

that's just another thought ..

My guess is Psoriasis, look at the location, I dont think its herpes and I know someone with it unfortunately

It's psoriasis with typical shiny scaly rash though atypical distribution
