it actually looks pretty good. the website is a little annoying to navigate at first (due to the popups), but its otherwise well organized. the content isnt very thorough... rather its more like a usmle secrets type of book.
the qbank looks promising at first, it even has an interface similar to fred v2. however, testing out the step 2ck questions i already found a significant error by the 5th question. you are presented with a very short vignette of an elderly man with increasing confusion and getting lost while driving, and then they abruptly ask for the therapy to be initiated at that moment. im pretty sure you would at least have to assess for depression, b12 deficiency, and order a tsh level before you assume that its dementia.
