acc. to UW,

differential cyanosis of lower extremities occur only due PDA,

they are refusing aortic coarctation as the answer by giving two reasons:

1) infantile preductal: associated with PDA and never gng to survive beyond infancy.

2) adult postductal: coarctation is never severe enough to cause cyanosis...

what is this???
