Call ECFMG immediately
There's a new rule in ECFMG that says that you have to be certified before you can apply to the examination.
However, the big dilemma is that you already have a valid Form 187 until September 2015
I'd say you have to call the ECFMG right now. There must be an error in your account. You should not be asked about Form 187 again.
Some people were sent notifications that their certificate of identification form has been invalidated, but I think it's not your case, you still have a valid Form 187 as your OASIS account is showing.
