Electives without TOEFL or Step 1

But let me tell you that getting an elective without TOEFL or Step 1 is very very difficult.

You can ask the coordinator to interview over the telephone. If she finds your English is good, she'll agree.
Call all the universities from A to Z and see which one accepts you.
Dedicate like 4 days for this job.
You'll never find the list on the Internet, you have to do yourself

They mention the requirement in their websites. and if it is not mentioned give them a call
