32 yo male presents to ED with periumblical abdominal pain, anorexia, and nausea. CT abdomen done for unrelated work-up prior to this episode reveals reterocecal appendix. Which of the following maneuvers will elicit pain due to this episode of appendicitis?
A) Internal rotation of right flexed thigh
B) Inspiration while deeply palpating liver edge
C) Extension of right thigh against resistance
D) Prolonged sitting

Psoas Sign is used to elicit pain in retrocecal appendix and its done by stretching the iliopsoas muscle which borders the peritoneal cavity and this irritates the inflamed appendix causing pain.
