Long story short, I will be unable to take the step on my original date June 23rd (wasn't aware until last minute), the next day I can take it is July 19th and my eligibility period ends on June 30th. I just paid to extend my eligibility period but it won't process for another 2-3 days so I can't reschedule until it processes. Can I cancel my June 23rd date now and "reschedule" for July 19th after my eligibility period extension is processed in a few days?
