There are other risk factors for endometrial carcinoma that you have to remember

  • Estrogen: prolonged estrogen only therapy (without progesterone) for example in menopausal hormonal therapy is the most important risk factor. In fact any case in which you have high estrogen levels is a risk factor such as granulosa cell tumor and polycystic ovarian syndrome
  • Endometrial hyperplasia: this is almost precancerous
  • Tamoxifen: it's estrogen agonist on the uterus and it increases the risk
  • Family history: it runs in families
  • Pregnancies: multiparity seems to be protective
  • Breast and ovarian cancers: increases the risk
  • Pelvic radiation therapy: increases the risk
So please modify your mnemonic to include these risk factors
