Dear All,

I am applying online to get my ECFMG/USMLE identification number and after filling the form as i press the "submit" button it gives me this error ,

Server Error in '/USMLEIdRequest' Application.

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("AIMS_V2"."WEB_USMLE_ID_REQUEST"."REQUEST_CODE")
ORA-06512: at "AIMS_V2.PKG_AUTHENTICATION", line 1158
ORA-06512: at line 1 Unable to run PKG_AUTHENTICATION.SAVE_USMLE_ID_REQUEST.


Kindly tell me what should i do and what error is this
