I am looking for hands on experience in USA, and I was checking AmeriClerkship, ChicagoClerkship, FMG Portal Clerkship and MedClerkship. Does anyone has experience with those programs? No scammer or fake id please.

I dont know since I personally didn't try any one of the above...and would always recommend you to contact a hospital before you take any decision...

You can contact allegheny general hospital they are IMG friendly directly...
