I wonder what the reason is that you feel that way? Do you feel unprepared? If yes, many people feel the same way just before the exam, so it's normal. Are you really unprepared? Have you taken any forms of self-assessment like NBME for example, so that you know where you stand? If you feel you're really, really unprepared, is there any chance you could delay the date of the exam?

i solved 65% of usmle world my score 77% this indicate i am well prepared???
of course u r well prepared....its best score i can say....i know one member in this forum who scored 278/99...also scored 78% in uw..so u can judge ur level...

well dont worry...u'll do good...just have faith in god n urself...u have done a lot for that important day...my best wishes r with u....

after ur exam...do post ur way of preparation...:)

Three more weeks - stick to your plan and be strong. In no time you will be in a competitive residency in the US so for now - just go through your last few weeks and it will be over. Take a break once in a while to refresh yourself too :) it'll keep you motivated. Take one day and spend the whole day not studying - that often works for people. You can also just post your thoughts here or if you have a study buddy you lean on...

If you don't have a plan - for the last few weeks, - which I highly doubt - maybe look at the forgettables people have mentioned. If you can add / modify the list with pearls of your own that would be amazing too!
