Hi everyone,
I've been doing biochemistry from Kaplan videos and notes for the past 2 - 3 weeks and it went very slow.
I feel like I don't remember anything from it though! Any ideas or suggestions as to how I should review biochemistry again ?

Biochemistry is one of the most difficult topics to retain as you can see here

Also, it's pretty much normal that you feel don't remember anything as you can see here

I suggest you start doing (biochemistry-only) Kaplan QBank blocks and review your material as you do the questions and read the explanations.

Do UWorld questions!! I felt the same and then I did biochem questions, read the explanations and felt so much better!!

Thank you, I will definitely do the questions for Biochemistry. I am currently doing Kaplan Qbook questions along with my first read and then will switch over to Uworld !
