Hey all this is unrelated to studying, but crucial to do well in the exam. I'm preparing for step 2 and I started working out because I was feeling too stress, now I feel much better, more energy, more focus, and less stress. So I wanted to encourage you all to do the same. At the same time I became a beachbody coach to invite others in the same situation to join me and be more prepare for our exams, clinicals, residency and in life.
