As given in FA... do we have to do only focused exam in a particular case like we skip neuro, extremity, head and neck.. etc in case of abdominal pain... I mean not full but as we used to do pupillary reflex/otoscopy ...etc in all cases so can we skip in e.g. if it is case of abdomen.

I personally didn't did any neuro exam in my CS exam except in one patient and I passed.
