Focused Examination is OK!

As given in FA... do we have to do only focused exam in a particular case like we skip neuro, extremity, head and neck.. etc in case of abdominal pain... I mean not full but as we used to do pupillary reflex/otoscopy ...etc in all cases so can we skip in e.g. if it is case of abdomen.

Yes. You have to do focused physical examination otherwise you will waste your time.
