I had the name changed on passport and I spoke to someone from prometric for scheduling and they told me that I have to change the name with usmle.i filled up the form 182 and emailed it but do I have to go over the whole 186 form again ? My exam is scheduled on 30th august . Will I get the revised scheduling permit with the new name on it by 30th ?
