2 questions now

1- as a student am i only require to send just for 183
or i have also to send form 187,344 and 345

2- the authorize person signature
do they really very strict that the signature is to be in English or it is ok to be other language (Arabic in my case) note that every other details like name, title etc is in English

The signature must be in latin letters and must be a certified signature.

The person who signs these kind of papers is usually the vice dean of the faculty. When you meet him, ask for his "certified signature". He will understand.

If you're a student, you only need to send in form 183. You will need to send in the other forms with your medical diploma after graduation.
