Do we have to send form 344 and 345 to our college and will they send it to ECFMG ...or can we send them directly via FedEx to ECFMG and is it better to send form 344 and 345 earlier and get them verified by ECFMG and then send form 186 ........or is it better to send all the three forms together

You don't send form 344 and 345 to your college, you send them to ECFMG

Form 186 has to be sent to your college (if it has a medical school official signature section) and then your college sends it back to ECFMG

can i send the form 186, myself via FedEx after taking the signature of the medical official from my college bcoz i doubt my college might take time to send it to ECFMG.

I can't advise you fraudulent or falsifying recommendations. The proper process is that your college should send the packet directly to the ECFMG.

I suggest you ask senior colleagues from your college and see how their packets made it to the ECFMG.

Are we supposed to send form 187 even though we send all the forms (186,344,345)?

and if we have to send form 187 can we send it or the college has to send it ?

Form 187 is checklist of you are going to send to the ECFMG, so you send it along Form 344,345.
