A 72 year old woman has experienced frequency of micturition intermittently for the last few months. Mid-stream urine cultures have been persistently negative. She is well otherwise, but would like the symptoms resolved. The most helpful treatment would be which of the following?

A- Vaginal lubricant
B- Combined estrogen and progesterone hormone replacement therapy
C- Vaginal estrogens
D- Dietary modifications
