There's no real way to study for this. You just have to improve on everything. The best thing to study would be Pathology and Physiology.

if you take an extended form of the NBME, you will see that General Prinicple of Health and Disease is worked into every single question.

You score well on all other subjects, you will score well in that subject.

This General Health and Disease has caused a lot of people to scratch their heads and wonder how to improve it.
