I was reading Kaplan CK notes and they mentioned that cases of impetigo can progress to glomerulonephritis (due to gas). What does that mean! :(

Group A Streptococci causing Glomerulonephritis

I checked that page. They mean Group A Streptococci :)
It's a typing mistake they should have wrote GAS not gas. You have all the rights to be confused about it.
